The game aims to develop the financial awareness of disadvantaged students and young learners who are only beginning to explore financial topics, using game-based pedagogical tools.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"520\">Within the framework of the project, the following were created:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"551\">Money Moomins board game<\/strong> \u2013 a decision-based, situational game in which students encounter financial dilemmas that model real-life adult situations.<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"734\">Money Moomins training booklet (methodological guide)<\/strong> \u2013 a pedagogical support material containing practice-oriented lesson plans and suggestions for classroom processing.<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"879\">Trainings and webinars<\/strong> \u2013 professional events supporting the classroom integration of the game and its methodological application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1422\"><a href=\"https:\/\/motimore.com\/en\/blog\/money-moomins-a-board-game-for-financial-awareness\/penzmumusok-jatek-beszamolohoz-instagram-post-45-3\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4155\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4155 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/motimore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Penzmumusok-jatek-beszamolohoz-Instagram-Post-45-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"161\" height=\"201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/motimore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Penzmumusok-jatek-beszamolohoz-Instagram-Post-45-2.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/motimore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Penzmumusok-jatek-beszamolohoz-Instagram-Post-45-2-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/motimore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Penzmumusok-jatek-beszamolohoz-Instagram-Post-45-2-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/motimore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Penzmumusok-jatek-beszamolohoz-Instagram-Post-45-2-768x960.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 161px) 100vw, 161px\" \/><\/a>During the board game, students take on the roles of different characters and solve <strong data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1137\">unexpected financial situations and decision-making scenarios<\/strong>, weighing opportunities and risks according to their own goals and interests. The game is particularly helpful for those who have <strong data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1306\">limited prior financial experience<\/strong> and are encountering <strong data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1421\">situations involving conscious planning, budgeting, or risk assessment for the first time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1465\">Regarding the <strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1456\">Money Moomins <\/strong>project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1549\"><strong data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1495\">More than 150 students<\/strong> participated in pilot sessions and tested the game.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1604\"><strong data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1569\">110 educators<\/strong> joined the professional program.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1680\"><strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1644\">More than 50 physical board games<\/strong> were distributed to institutions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1770\">Additional interested participants received the game in a <strong data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1767\">print-and-play version<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1989\"><strong data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1787\">4 webinars<\/strong> were organized where we presented the concept of the game and introduced <strong data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1893\">4 concrete training outlines<\/strong>, as well as <strong data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1957\">short, simple-to-apply, practical game elements<\/strong> to the participating educators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2329\"><a href=\"https:\/\/motimore.com\/en\/blog\/money-moomins-a-board-game-for-financial-awareness\/penzmumusok-jatek-beszamolohoz-instagram-post-45-1-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4156\"><img data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2047\">methodological guide and the webinars<\/strong> was to ensure that educators would not only receive a tool, but also <strong data-start=\"2117\" data-end=\"2201\">concrete, immediately usable lesson plans and adaptable methodological solutions<\/strong> that support the development of <strong data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2266\">basic financial competencies<\/strong> among student groups with different levels of prior knowledge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2453\">The final <strong data-start=\"2341\"
